Shubh Laabh Propmart Private Limited is a property consultancy with its primary office at 41, NRI City Centre Rd, NRI City, Omega II, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201308. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, we are the “Data Fiduciary” for personal data collected through this website and in the course of our services.

Personal Data We Collect

Information You Give Us

Enquiries and visit requests: your name, mobile number, email address (optional), your message, the property or area you are interested in, your budget and requirement, and your preferred visit date and time.
Seller submissions: your name and contact details and the details of the property you wish to sell or lease, such as its location, type, area, price expectation, photographs and any documents you choose to share.
Map downloads and callbacks: the details entered in the relevant form.
At the transaction stage (offline only): where a purchase, sale or lease proceeds, identity and address proof, PAN and property documents may be required to complete the transaction and to meet legal obligations. We never ask for these through the website forms.

Information Collected Automatically

Technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page and the date and time of your visit, recorded in server logs for security and troubleshooting.
If website analytics is enabled, aggregated usage statistics collected through Google Analytics cookies.
Your shortlist, compare list and recently viewed properties are stored only in your own browser (local storage) and are not sent to us unless you submit a shortlist enquiry.

Information From Others

We may receive your details from a property owner, a buyer, a referral partner or a property portal when you have asked them to connect you with us, or from public records relevant to a property.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not ask for, and you should never share with us through this website, any password, OTP, bank account or card number, UPI PIN, full Aadhaar number or biometric information. Our staff will never ask you for an OTP or PIN on a call or message.

How We Use Your Data

To respond to your enquiry, call you back, share suitable property options and arrange site visits.
To list, market and negotiate the sale or lease of a property you have asked us to handle, with your confirmation.
To prepare for and complete a transaction you choose to proceed with, including documentation and coordination with the other party, lenders and advisers.
To send you updates about properties matching your stated requirement, which you may stop at any time.
To keep records, prevent fraud and spam, secure the website and comply with applicable law, including the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, income tax law and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 where applicable.

We process personal data only for these specified purposes, on the basis of your consent or for legitimate uses permitted under Section 7 of the DPDP Act, and only to the extent necessary.

Calls, WhatsApp and Messages

By submitting a form you expressly request and consent to be contacted by us by phone call, WhatsApp, SMS or email about your request, even if your number is registered on the National Customer Preference Register (DND). This consent is limited to your request and related property options. You may withdraw it at any time by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp or SMS, or by writing to shubhlaabhpropmart@gmail.com; we will stop promotional contact within a reasonable time.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only on a need-to-know basis with:

The other party to a property you are interested in, such as the owner of a property you wish to visit or a buyer interested in your property, limited to what is needed to arrange a visit or progress a deal, and only after we have spoken with you.
Our authorised staff, who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, messaging and analytics providers, under contractual obligations to protect it.
Banks, lenders, legal advisers and registration authorities, only when you ask us to assist with a loan, legal check or registration.
Government, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities, when required by law, court order or to protect our legal rights.

Owner contact details, exact unit numbers and internal notes are kept private and are never published on the website.

Storage, Retention and Transfer

Your data is stored on secured servers. Some of our service providers may store data outside India; any such transfer is made only as permitted under the DPDP Act and applicable rules. We retain enquiry and lead records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, generally up to three (3) years from our last interaction, and transaction records for such longer period as law requires (for example, five (5) years under anti-money-laundering rules where applicable). Data no longer required is deleted or anonymised.

How We Protect Your Data

We follow reasonable security practices, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, restricted admin access with individual logins, storage of private documents outside the public web folder, and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected persons as required by law.

Your Rights

Subject to the DPDP Act and applicable rules, you have the right to:

obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed;
request correction, completion or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data;
request erasure of your data where it is no longer needed, unless we must retain it by law;
withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing already done, and we may then be unable to continue serving your request);
nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity; and
raise a grievance with us and, if not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
